Senior Cloud Engineer

About the Company
My client is a leading player in Asia's market trading infrastructure. They are looking for an experienced cloud engineer to help consolidate and optimize their multi-cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's mixed cloud computing infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• You will collaborate closely with application stakeholders to deliver cloud infrastructure services that are resilient and secure, adhering to best practices.
• You will explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies that can help the company reduce costs or enhance operational efficiencies

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure work.
• Strong problem-solver mentality with ability to work with ambiguity.
• Experience with cloud security, compliance, monitoring, billing, and cost management. Past working experiences in highly regulated industries such as banking a plus.
• Strong knowledge in containerization technology and Kubernetes.
• Certification in Kubernetes and any cloud administration a plus.
