Senior Commercial Manager - Bid Management (MNC)

My client is a global company with focusing on the areas of automation and digitalization. They are hiring an experienced Senior Commercial Manager - Bid Management to join their Singapore Team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be the managing the Commercial Bid and Tender team for large scale Mobility tenders in ASEAN and will be the key-interface to the Sales team for all commercial and contractual aspects along the Pre-Sales Phase up to the completion of tender stage and finally the hand over to the project execution team. You will also be the key player in the implementation of a winning bid strategy from all commercial as well as contractual aspects.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of relevant commercial and contract management experience. Experience of working in multinational companies
• Experience in managing a team and being an inspiring, empathic leader
