Senior Credit Analyst, Real Estate

Our client is a reputable Corporate Bank, looking for a Senior Credit Analyst to join their team in Singapore.

In this business critical role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing support in the origination and execution of real estate deals
• Supporting the Relationship managers by preparing proposals, credit applications and documentation, as well as client management duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or related fields
• At least 5 years' relevant credit analysis experience, preferably in real estate deals
• Team player, detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
