Senior Finance Analyst - Professional Services MNC

Job description

My client, a global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to drive day-to-day operations and support the transformation of our finance processes. You will be responsible for managing financial accounting and supporting various ad-hoc projects across SEA, The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapt to new challenges, and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations across SEA.
  • Manage and support client finance projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in the transformation and improvement of finance processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or related accounting qualification with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience from professional services industry (with prior Big 4 and commercial experience is highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (eg: SAP, Workday, Tableau)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and managing cross-country operations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
