Senior Finance Executive (Professional Services)

Our client is a fast-growing media agency with a strong regional and global footprint. They are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join their Singapore finance team, a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of client finance and core accounting, offering exposure to both the commercial and operational sides of agency finance.

What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end client invoicing cycle, manage SOA, and support collections working closely with account servicing teams on project setup, vendor onboarding, and monthly reconciliations.

You'll be involved in month-end close activities including journals, balance sheet schedules, cashflow reporting, and intercompany reporting, as well as quarterly GST submissions and ad hoc withholding tax filings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a client services or agency environment
• Solid grounding in financial accounting, reporting, and billing
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in ERP/finance systems
