My client is a global manufacturing firm and they are hiring a high calibre Senior Finance Manager (1-year contract) based in Singapore.

This individual will oversee the integration of financial systems, processes, and post M&A activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with US GAAP and SOX regulations. The role involves collaborating with different functional team teams, providing financial analysis, and standardizing processes to optimize efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background at least 8-12 years of experience in finance and M&A integrations within global Manufacturing set up with solid knowledge of financial reporting and internal controls.
