Senior Financial Analyst - MNC, Regional role

Job description

Our client is a reputable and sizable MNC with solid business operation across the globe. To facilitate their company growth acorss the region, they are looking for a high calibre Analyst to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:







  • Being a strong business partner with different functional stakeholders across APAC
  • Conduct Business Planning, analysis for management business review and decision making on country level, consolidating the performance results and conduct meaningful analysis to support the APAC performance
  • Business partnering with core stakeholders on strategic planning and finance projects
  • Monitoring budget and forecast for strategic and operational decisions
  • Conduct investment analysis, financial modelling etc to support finance projects
  • Ensure the accounting functions and internal controls are complied with the accounting standards,
  • Developing short term and long term financial modelling and business scenarios to support business growth
  • Act as a business partner to the team to implement improved processes to increase company's efficiency and profitability, facilitating initiatives for cost saving exercises
  • Working with business leaders to understand opportunities, structure objectives, identify and minimise risks
  • Working closely and being a Strong business partner for with different teams

To qualify, individuals must possess:







  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
  • Training in renowned consulting firms is highly preferred
  • Previous experiences in MNCs, especially in Trading and Distribution is at an advantage
  • At least 4-8 years of experience with regional exposure
  • Solid business partnering and stakeholder management skills and understanding of business operations
  • Smart, energetic person who is ambitious to strive for excellence
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Dynamic personality with an analytical mindset
