Senior FP&A Analyst

The Opportunity

My client is a US MNC who is the market leader in the medical device space. They are looking for high calibre candidate to join the APAC finance team and offer great career growth and personal development.

This role

Reporting to the APAC Senior FP&A Manager based in Australia, you will be responsible for management reporting, variance analysis budgeting and forecasting, mid and long term planning, and financial analysis activities. You will be handling consolidation, monthly/quarterly closing activities related to FP&A. You will be partnering with APAC management and provide financial support and analysis. You will liaise and support internal stakeholders across the region. You will help to improve the efficiency of internal processes and reporting. You will be involved in ad-hoc analysis and projects in due course.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in variance analysis, forecasts and budgets is a must.
• Experienced in consolidation is a plus
• Strong Excel, Power BI/analytical tools are highly advantageous
• Experienced in HFM is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
• Able to deal with ambiguity and a continuous improvement mindset
