Senior HFT Developer (Rust)

Our client is a top proprietary trading firm recognized for its strong presence in the digital asset space. Building on their success in decentralized finance, they are now expanding into centralized trading and are looking to grow their world-class technology team with exceptional talent.

We are seeking an experienced Senior HFT Developer (Rust) to play a key role in building and optimizing ultra-low latency trading platforms. In this position, you will be responsible for developing high-performance systems that integrate seamlessly with major centralized crypto exchanges, enabling the firm to stay ahead in today's fast-paced trading environment.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Rust, capable of building high-performance, reliable, and low-latency trading systems.

• 7+ years of practical experience in high-frequency trading, with demonstrated success in direct market access on centralized cryptocurrency exchanges.

• Background in crypto firms or top-tier HFT firms

• Solid understanding of exchange connectivity and market-making strategies

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
