Our esteemed global insurance client is providing an exciting opportunity within a dynamic work environment for ambitious professionals looking to advance their careers. The candidate will be based in Bangalore or Mumbai and is required to work in office 5 days a week.

About Job:

-Expertise in successfully conceptualizing and delivering products by synthesizing the intersection of the market environment, consumer behavior, and business ambition.

-Ability to empathize effectively and understand user motivations.

-Demonstrated proficiency in User Research, creating Personas, developing Customer Journey Maps, and designing User Flows.

-Understanding of existing mental models and user expectations based on contemporary experiences.

-Exceptional attention to visual and interaction details.

-Effective communication of design decisions.

-Skill in presenting design strategy to persuade stakeholders while creatively solving user problems.

-Ability to play a crucial role as a member of the product delivery team throughout all phases of product development.

-Comfortable with Agile/iterative project management methodologies.

-Skill in identifying metrics and analytics to track the impact of design decisions through quantitative data.

-Effective collaboration and communication across disciplines such as Technology, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics teams to design and implement solutions.

-Possessing a curious mind, focusing on measuring what truly matters and designing subsequent iterations based on insights.

-Hands-on knowledge of behavioral analytics platforms, BI tools, and SDLC tracking tools.

-Passionate about operating interactively.

Hiring Requirements:

-Have 8+ years of total experience with at least 5 years domain experience in health insurance

-You possess expertise in creating wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, conducting usability testing, interpreting feedback, and integrating insights into iterative processes.
