Senior Manager - Demand Management (HR)

Job Description

My client is an esteemed global insurance firm, and they are looking for a Senior Manager - HR Demand Management to join their Process Excellence team.

The Demand Manager plays a crucial role within the HR Optimized function, focusing on end-to-end planning and monitoring of HR projects across various verticals. This position involves spearheading demand management efforts, streamlining project management processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business strategies. This position is based in Bangalore, India.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 8 years of experience in HR program management or HR demand management/ planning

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, SHRM, or CIPD required

• Extensive experience and proficiency with project management tools

• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and engage senior stakeholders

• Preferred domain experience in the insurance or finance sectors
