Senior Manager - HR Risk, Compliance and Quality Lead

Job Description

My client is an esteemed global insurance firm and they are looking for a Senior Manager - HR Risk, Compliance and Quality Lead to join their team.

We are looking for highly skilled professionals who can spearhead the development and management of HR risk management strategies and compliance programs across all business units. This role will focus on developing HR policies that align with regulatory standards, constructing effective HR risk management strategies, delivering effective compliance training, and acting as a subject matter expert in HR risk management and compliance.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource services, including experience in HR policy management and compliance

• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Standards, such as ISO9001 or equivalent

• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, particularly Lean Six Sigma, to enhance HR operations

• Strong global leadership experience, good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across the organization

• Strong project management and organizational abilities, capable of overseeing multiple projects and teams

• Preferred experience in the insurance, finance, or consulting sectors
