We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to lead the HR function for a pharmaceutical manufacturing client of mine undergoing a major transition. This role is pivotal in supporting site leadership, driving HR transformation, and establishing robust people practices ensuring a smooth integration and long-term operational stability.
You will serve as the primary HR leader - balancing strategic influence with deep, hands‑on execution across all HR functions. This includes a strong focus on labour relations, union engagement, government liaison, workforce planning, and building a high‑performance culture within a regulated manufacturing environment.
