Senior Manager - Procurement & Supply Chain

My clients are looking for an accomplished supply chain professional to lead their Procurement & Supply Chain organization. The Senior Manager role oversees the sourcing, purchasing and logistics functions, playing a vital part in ensuring the seamless delivery of supplies that support the company's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across all procurement and logistics pillars, developing high‑performing teams in sourcing, purchasing, and operational logistics.
• Drive cost‑efficient outcomes and value creation by introducing innovative practices aligned with organizational priorities and financial targets.
• Lead major transformation initiatives aimed at strengthening procurement processes, systems, and overall effectiveness.
• Safeguard continuity of essential supplies to support uninterrupted required services.
• Build resilience within the supply chain by enhancing risk management capabilities and mitigating vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to design and execute proactive sourcing strategies that anticipate future needs for the company.
• Implement robust governance and compliance frameworks to uphold procurement standards and meet audit expectations.
• Deliver on core procurement and supply chain performance metrics that align with business objectives.
• Cultivate a culture focused on teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably within a healthcare provider or with exposure to healthcare‑related industries.
• 6-8 years of leadership experience overseeing procurement and logistics teams.
• A strong track record of cost optimization, value generation, and ensuring supply reliability.
• Hands‑on experience in procurement governance, policy compliance, and audit readiness.
• Proven ability to operate and influence effectively within a matrix reporting environment.
