Senior Manager - Service Excellence Lead (HR)

Job Description

My client is an esteemed global insurance firm and they are looking for a Senior Manager - Service Excellence Lead (HR) to join their team.

We are seeking a Service Excellence Lead to manage the Service Excellence team in creating the HR Service Delivery Framework. This role involves implementing standardized procedures to enhance HR service efficiency. Key responsibilities include evaluating HR service management for potential improvements, exploring technology enhancements, tracking operational metrics and SLAs, developing internal feedback mechanisms, training HR personnel in service excellence, and keeping abreast of industry trends in HR service management for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Service Design and Delivery, HR Shared Services Delivery, Service Excellence, Employee Experience, and Digital HR

• Proven success in HR Shared Services, including performance design, delivery, tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies to enhance HR service management and vendor operations

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in community engagement, training facilitation, and change management

• Extensive experience with Workday and HR Service Management tools

• Preferred experience in the insurance, finance, or consulting sectors
