Senior Manager / Director - Global Strategy, Product Costing

Our client is one of the world's largest apparel and fashion companies with diverse portfolio and brands. They are now keen to look for a Senior Manager / Director - Global Strategy, Product Costing to build and lead their product costing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure cost savings and product cost reductions to maximize profitability.
• Negotiate with strategic suppliers to ensure cost optimization.
• Establish costing frameworks that enable transparent costing. Understand and respond to the cost environment in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all costing frameworks are aligned and consistently applied throughout the costing organization and supply base.
• Share information among global teams and vendors.
• Build and develop the costing team and ensure the best standards of performance. Identify talent with appropriate skill sets.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading large-scale projects in a global matrix environment.
• Experience managing key stakeholders.
• Understanding of product costing
