Senior Manager-Underwriting

About Client:
Our esteemed global insurance client is providing an exciting opportunity within a dynamic work environment for ambitious professionals looking to advance their careers. The candidate will be based in Bangalore or Mumbai and is required to work in office 5 days a week.

About the job:
1. Develop and implement a modernized underwriting workflow focused on enhancing the customer experience and leveraging technology.
2. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional key stakeholders.
3. Develop and prepare reports, assisting in the formulation of new or revised policies and guidelines based on utilization and clinical trends.
4.Map and maintain Service Level Agreements and Turn Around Times
This person will report to Associate Director-Health Underwriting.

Hiring Requirements:
1.With total experiences of 10-12 years
2. Have good understanding of health insurance
3. Has on digital transformation/ process efficiency improvement projects
4. Experienced in startup companies , understand from setting things from scratch to implementation
5. Has history of working with technologies
