Senior Marketing Analytics & CRM Strategy Manager

Job description

Our clients are looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics & CRM Strategy Manager to join their team in Singapore. The potential incumbent will collaborate with the Asia business to develop customer data acquisition and build a strong Customer Relationship Marketing practice for Asia that will transform the organisation's interactions with customers, deepening engagement and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development of a strategies that involves an examination of today's and tomorrow's Asia customer data as well as the identification of growth prospects.
  • As part of this growth goal, work with headquarters to build the Asia Customer Journey for long-term growth and oversee lifecycle marketing.
  • Own the CRM strategy and its levels, including analytics, decisioning, and execution, and be the subject matter expert on them.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Execution peers to prioritize use cases, create metrics, and set up experiments to enable faster and quantified learning.
  • Oversee consumer research and analysis projects, such as customer surveys and user testing.
  • Collaborate with headquarters on analytics to deliver marketing insights and reports to the Asia office's business lines
  • Collaborate with the youth marketing team to define the site, app, and social media youth acquisition strategy.
  • This includes collaborating with vendors to develop and implement a retention plan, which might include loyalty programs.
  • Work with business lines to generate direct-to-consumer sales and monetization opportunities using CDS, balancing strategic marketing and partner goals

Key requirements:

  • Customer Relationship Marketing or Performance Marketing experience of at least 8-10 years is required, with a strong background in strategy and analytics.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field of study is required.
  • In the digital marketing sector, you should have experience running strategy and informing technological stakes.
  • Previous experience preaching 'customer first' and demonstrating a transformation in customer experience and business outcomes.
