Senior Network Support Analyst

Senior Network Support Engineer wanted for a leading international law firm!

Our client is a top leading international law firm headquartered in UK with over 70 years of history and enjoys a strong presence across Asia, particularly in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Due to headcount expansion, they are looking for a Senior Network Support Engineer to join their IT team. Reporting directly to the infrastructure team lead, you will be responsible for providing level 3 network support for various systems and devices, including routers, switches, voice/ VoIP, wireless, firewall etc. across APAC for all their 13 offices. You will get the opportunity to take part in project implementations such as hardware upgrade or office/ data center relocations whenever required.

To qualify, you must have the following:

• Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer or other related fields of study
• Has at least 10 years of network operations/ support experience, with at least 3 years of experience providing L3 support on a regional scale
• Strong technical expertise in handling various network devices, including Cisco routers & switches, Voice/ VoIP, Firewall (Palo Alto).
• Holds at least CCNA or CCNP certification
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and business users across all levels
• Experience working in the Professional Services industry would be a plus
