Senior Policy Servicing Executive / Manager

Our client, an insurance broker in Singapore is looking for candidates to join their expanding business as a Senior Policy Servicing Executive / Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send Annual Review package for Insurance Policy.
• Prepare and send Quarterly Statements.
• Familiar with various Insurers 'Statement and product features.
• Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and timely assistance to consultants.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
• Escalate any system or process errors to prevent future repeated errors.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Diploma / Degree with at least 1-2 years of working experience in the insurance industry.
• Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service oriented and problem-solving skills
