Senior Process Engineer (North, Semi-Con, Module Development)

As a dedicated Senior Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in process development and improvement within our organization. Your primary responsibilities include streamlining technical tasks for module managers, providing mentorship to emerging talents, and driving innovation across various modules. Here are the key aspects of your role:

Job Descriptions:

1. Process Development and Transfer: Lead the development and transfer of new processes across different modules.

2. Process Improvement: Improve yield and reduce defects in each module.

3. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor process teams.

4. Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges using innovative approaches.

5. Project Leadership: Lead creating an impact projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Engineering degree (PhD/Master's/Bachelor's).
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in wafer fabrication.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, communication, and project management.
