Senior Procurement Analyst

About our client:

Our client is an American Multinational Bio-pharmaceutical company. They're looking for a Sr. Procurement Analyst to join their team in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for all activities related to Trade Dress, ERP Migration including procurement analysis of the material costs and formulate strategic plans for the portfolio. He/she will work with cross-functional teams on system build, updating and maintaining price database as well as operation/management reports.

Key responsibilities:

Legal Entity Name Change (LENC)

  • Co-ordinate supplier communication with PWC Consultants and Legal
  • Send Assignment/Novation Letters to Suppliers as needed
  • Notify suppliers of name changes according to timetable and track status
  • Create replacement Ariba PR
  • Co-ordinate with relevant and necessary vendors
  • Assist in the communication of Supply Chain Financing.

Trade Dress

  • Vendor creation/extension/change
  • Create Ariba PR

ERP Migration

  • Support Global Sourcing & Procurement cut-over activities

Procurement Analytics

  • Update and maintain Pricing Databases
  • Price analysis
  • Monthly management reports (Scorecard, Alternate-Source Monthly Report, Claim Register, Contract Register, PPV Quarterly Forecast
  • Perform spend analysis
  • Manage IMEX metrics

General Duties

  • Support administrative tasks and assist with daily operations.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience
  • Handles multiple projects simultaneously and has experience with project management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP /Ariba systems, processes, and procedures
