senior product manager

Our client is an IoT product based company, supported by a well established group. The team is very diverse and international. They have a team of about 100 in Singapore, including three different product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions
• Work directly with customer groups to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
• Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
• Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
• Monitor and report on product KPIs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
• Work with a diverse team comprised of members from Engineering, Product and Design to implement the product roadmap
• Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible

Ideal candidate requirements

• 2 - 5 years of Product Management experience
• Has been involved in successfully launching and scaling digital products
• Experience and strong understanding dealing with IoT products, particularly with supply chain management solutions
• Strong knowledge and experience of agile software development methodologies
• Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional Product, Engineering, Design and Business Development teams
• A bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited educational institution
• Strong passion for working in a start-up environment
• Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
• Strong project management skills - ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines
