Key responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions
• Lead and drive the product roadmap, in collaboration with engineering, design marketing and other teams
• Work directly with customer groups to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
• Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
• Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
• Monitor and report on product KPIs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
• Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible

Ideal candidate requirements

We believe that an ideal candidate should possess a unique set of experiences which include experience in scaling product solutions with software components in the open source world, launching digital products from the ground up and managing world-class teams. This candidate should also bring a broad base of knowledge in strategy, business planning, decentralized technology, engineering and agile development practices, among others.

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• Has been involved in successfully launching and scaling digital products
• Experience and strong understanding dealing with marketplace products
• Strong knowledge and experience of agile software development methodologies
• Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional Product, Engineering, Design and Business Development teams
• A bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited educational institution
• Strong passion for working in a start-up environment
• Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
• Strong understanding and passion for blockchain technology. Past experience applying blockchain technology is a plus
