You will lead RTD rule optimization, Command Center operations, and cycle time improvement initiatives, working closely with Operations, Process, Equipment, and IT teams to maximize fab efficiency and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize WIP movement across all process modules, ensuring line balance, FIFO compliance, and bottleneck mitigation

  • Analyze cycle time, hold lots, and line utilization; drive corrective actions to improve overall factory flow

  • Lead the setup, configuration, and continuous optimization of the Real-Time Dispatch (RTD) system, including dispatch rules and MES integration

  • Design and operate Command Center dashboards covering WIP status, tool availability, OEE, cycle time, and alarms

  • Coordinate real-time monitoring, issue escalation, and recovery actions during production or facility upsets

  • Drive cycle time reduction and line balancing projects; document SOPs and support training for engineers and operators

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Process, Equipment, and IT teams to ensure seamless system and production integration

Ideal Requirements
