Senior Project Manager

Our client is an Oil & Gas MNC, who are looking for a Senior Project Manager. The permanent role will be based in West Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Leads Project Managers and Project Support team.
• Hosts project review meetings with Project Managers and stakeholders to determine the risks of meeting the projects' contractual obligations and to mitigate the risks.
• Joins project kick off meetings to ensure effective flow of information between customers and project organization members.
• Cooperates with Human Resource to ensure the team is right sized and equipped with the skills and competencies needed to achieve business goals.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Drives for results to improve business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like On Time Delivery, Gross Profit, Finished Goods Inventory, Orders Booking, Orders Shipment.
• Attends meetings with Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies and End User companies to understand their expectations and the requirements of the order.
• Makes sure of compliance of workplace safety rules.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Software Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
• 10 years of experience managing engineering projects involving plant monitoring instruments or system solutions.
• 5 years of experience managing cross functional teams.
