Senior Project Manager - Digitization & Business Excellence

Our client is a highly reputable Global US MNC. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a high calibre Senior Project Manager to join their team and support their new business initiatives including transformation and digitization projects.

Reporting directly to the IT Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Formulate and assist with company's business transformation and performance excellence strategies
• Planning and executing end-to-end projects by deploying different programs and digital tools by using an agile approach
• Facilitate efficiency and cost savings initiatives across different departments, including operation processes reviews, workflows and systems enhancements
• Add values to the digitization projects to maximize business performance, improving business processes and automation
• Conduct Business Planning, analysis for management business review and decision making
• Developing short term and long term financial modelling and business scenarios to support business growth
• Act as a business partner to the technology teams and business teams to implement improved processes to increase company's efficiency and profitability
• Working with business leaders to understand opportunities, structure objectives, identify and minimise risks
• Working closely and being a Strong business partner for with internal and external stakeholders e.g. external vendors and warehouse
• Solid system knowledge in different systems e.g. Oracle, ERP and Cloud for potential system enhancement
• Applying different tools to support the digitization and automation projects e.g. robotics, AI, automated warehouse
• Solid data or business analytics experiences is a plus

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree in Information system/ Computer Science/ Information Technology
• At least 8-15 years of experience with preferably MNC with complex structure
• Previous experiences in Manufacturing, Semi-conductors sector or FMCG is highly preferred
• Strong experience in Transformation and business automation with an understanding of operations
• Smart, energetic person who is ambitious to strive for excellence
• Team leading experiences with regional/ global exposure is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Dynamic personality with an analytical mindset
• Solid business partnering and stakeholder management skills and understanding of business operations
