Senior Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Engineer to join their team, to be based in Mumbai, India.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in Voice Communication technology (PABX, Dealerboard, Voice Mail, Voice Recorders - NICE/Cybertech) or VOIP

• More than 10 years server knowledge of hardware and commons: MS Windows and Redhat Linux

• Strong experience in networking and Cisco products

• Knowledge of VMWare Virtualization platform

• Prior experience in supporting the financial services industry is an added advantage

• Strong communication and customer facing skills
