Senior Shift Team Supervisor

Our client is an American Multinational Biopharmaceutical company. They're looking for a Senior Shift Team Supervisor to join their Singapore team. The incumbent would supervise a team of Process Technicians to complete all plant equipment commissioning activities, participate in hazop processes, safety inspections, and the development of standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate objectives, define priorities, develop plans, and conduct performance reviews, as well as lead, direct, and coach the team.
• Ensure that all tasks undertaken by changeover technicians during non-office hours are supervised.
• Maintain a consistent level of safety, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness on the work floor.
• Ensure that all operations colleagues are properly trained, and that SOPs and OJT are followed.
• Ensure that all Process Technicians follow all appropriate plant policies and procedures, including Environmental Health and Safety, cGMPs, and cGMPs.
• Assign operation tasks in accordance with Manufacturing Standard Work (MSW) and Operation Standard Work (OSW) and ensure that they are followed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a technical discipline or GCE 'O/A' levels
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience (supervisory experience preferred) in the pharmaceutical, chemical or petrochemical industry
