Senior / HR Business Partner - Silicon Photonics

Job description

Role Overview:
Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, supporting talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR operations to drive business growth and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational design.

  • Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

  • Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and change management programs.

  • Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract and retain talent.

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance matters.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for data-driven decision making.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.

  • 5-8+ years of HR experience, including HRBP or business partnering roles in tech or high-growth companies.

  • Strong business acumen, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Experience in talent management, performance management, succession planning, and compensation.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
