Being a Supply Chain expert, you will be planning and lead the digital evolution of systems, data, processes, and capabilities - positioning yourself as a recognized leader in supply chain excellence.

Looking for a seasoned Supply Chain transformation leader with a builder's mindset. Experienced in global supply chain operations and done ERP transformation program execution along with the IT team. Skilled within ERP, MES, and smart manufacturing at scale. Comfortable in complex, regulated manufacturing environments. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a global organization, working alongside world-class teams across operations, engineering, quality, and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Direction: Drive long-term digital supply chain strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Innovative Leadership: Lead ERP, MES, and data modernization programs.
• Next-State Blueprint: Architect scalable, smart manufacturing systems and processes.
• Operational Excellence: Integrate end-to-end supply chain functions for efficiency.
• Analytics & AI: Embed predictive insights and advanced analytics into operations.
• Team Leadership: Build and inspire a global, digitally fluent supply chain team.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in global supply chain, operations, or digital transformation.
• Strong leadership across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Technical fluency to engage in system and architecture discussions.
• A global mindset and ability to lead diverse, international teams.
