One of our client, a Healthcare company is looking for a Senior Supply Planning to be responsible and accountable for leading a team of Supply Planners to ensure Supply Assurance for assigned clusters/markets.. You will drive the supply and the inventory continuous improvement activities to support the attainment of commercial goals for the region and markets.

Your mains responsibilities are:

  • Manage the inventory and the planning within agreed guidelines and to be accountable for all aspects
  • Ensure the inventory deployment is done according to the demand and inventory level in coordination with central demand management, local distribution planning, demand planning and customer service teams
  • Allocate the products by channel according to the short and medium term priorities
  • Control the availability of products, identify and report the shortages/stocks excess risks
  • Identify opportunities of product rebalancing in APAC and worldwide distribution network
  • Aggregate market view across Supply Planners and serve as a point of contact for Market Leaders for assigned portfolio.
  • Responsible for the following supply chain processes: Demand profile, Supply issues
  • Formal Market S&OPs (Sales & Operations Planning process) and informal communications with markets
  • Driving the market level PCM associated meeting and collecting market requirement for supply solution development and endorsement

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelors / Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Business
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and analytical skills
  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience required in Supply Planning management, ideally in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industry
  • Leadership experience in an advantage
  • Experience, and strong understanding of the Sales Forecasting/Demand and Supply Planning
  • Pharmaceutical industry commercial dynamics, trends and regulatory processes
  • Use and leveraging of SAP - ERP systems and reporting tools including Microsoft Office
  • Use analysis, experience, and judgment in effective decision making
  • Use strong oral and written communication skills to present complex issues, providing adequate level of information to all levels of the organization/stakeholders
