Senior Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join a leading legal firm. The role encompasses Level 1 and Level 2 technical support (remote/deskside) as well as projects and implementations to enhance IT operations.

If you enjoy working in a high-paced and collaborative environment, this is the role for you!

To qualify, you must have the following:

• At least 3 - 5 years of regional/global IT support experience in a legal environment

• Strong hands-on experience in Windows 10/MS Teams/Exchange/Microsoft 365

• Skilled in remote technologies such as Citrix/VMware

• Expert in legal industry applications such as iManage/BigHand/Intapp/Workshare etc.

• Practical experience handling projects and technical implementations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
