SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION

Our client is an established consultancy MNC

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff requisition & headcount reporting
  • Headhunt and recruit talent within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia
  • Assist in the mentoring and development of TA coordinators
  • Preparing offer letters, labour contracts and other related documents
  • Be an effective on the ground partner to the HR Business partners in Sinapore, Indonesia and Malaysia
  • Handle Compensation Package & On boarding issues
  • Participate in the churning of year end reports
  • Work closely with the line managers on resource planning & develop the optimum hiring strategy
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in the talent acquisition process
  • Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Degree and above
  • At least 8-10 years of recruitment experience in commercial & technology roles
  • Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Able to work independently
  • Possesses good communication skills

Salary ranges from $7000 ~ $8200 with AWS and bonuses
