Job description

Our client is a prominent legal firm with global presence, and one of the leading players in the industry. They have been operating in Singapore for over 30 years, and are known for their expertise in providing legal services to businesses and organisations worldwide.

They are actively seeking a skilled Senior Technology Training Specialist to join their organization. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass designing and delivering training to enhance digital adoption, planning technological strategies, and being the overall in-charge of the technology induction programme for new hires in Asia. You will have a direct reporting line to the Digital Adoption and Technology Training Manager, ensuring effective communication and support within the team.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Holds at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience with 2-3 years of technical training experience in a regional role
  • Track record of delivering IT training for end-user technologies
  • Experience in designing technology training programmes
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and management across different regions
