Role Overview:
Lead vibration analysis and system dynamics for high-precision mechanical modules, optimizing performance through simulation, testing, and design improvements, with potential progression to technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct vibration analysis, modal testing, and dynamic assessments
Perform FEA simulations (modal/harmonic/transient) and validate designs
Collaborate with design, process, and manufacturing teams for mechanical integrity
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews
Document and present engineering reports and improvement recommendations
Support innovation and process optimization for dynamic performance
Ideal Requirements:
MPhil or PhD in Mechanical, Dynamics, Mechatronics, or related field
5+ years in vibration/dynamics engineering in high-tech or precision manufacturing
Proficient in MATLAB, ANSYS, ADAMS, 20-sim (or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with vibration test systems and modal analysis tools
Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussion
Knowledge of semiconductor or advanced automation equipment
