Service Desk Analyst (IT Team) Up to $5000 - 6 month contract

Our client is an established company in the legal industry

Nearest MRT: Raffles Place

Job scope:

  • Providing L1 and L2 telephone and desk support to resolve customer's issues
  • Record requests and enquiry in call log system
  • Coordinate for smooth communication between local and regional IT officers and support teams
  • Regularly follow up with customers relating to their calls
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in any related discipline
  • At least 2-5 years of experiece in service desk
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Open to work on weekends and shift hours
  • Open to travel if required
  • Knowledge in Active Directory and Citrix knowledge will be an added advantage

Salary range: Up to $5000
