We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join their team, to be based in Mumbai, India.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Voice Communication technology (PABX, Dealerboard, Voice Mail, Voice Recorders) or VOIP
• More than 5 years server knowledge of hardware and commons: MS Windows and Redhat Linux
• Prior experience in supporting the financial services industry is an added advantage
• Strong communication and customer facing skills
