Shipping Operations Executive

Our client, an Oil & Gas trading firm, is seeking a Shipping Operations Executive to manage daily post-fixture vessel operations. Responsibilities include voyage administration, agent nomination, vessel movement monitoring, issuing voyage orders and shipping documents, handling demurrage claims, and supporting the chartering team on pre-fixture matters.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years' experience in logistics, ship-owning, or brokering offices
• Experienced in DPP (Dirty Petroleum Products) preferred or CPP (Clean Petroleum Products)
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Nautical or related studies
• Strong knowledge of post-fixture operations, documentation, and demurrage claims
• Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
