Our Client is a lifestyle online and mobile platform that integrates smart home
management and lifestyle offerings, meeting the needs of property owners and developers holistically.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology with previous experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within an IT or Project Management division. Furthermore, the candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, to deal with Chinese clients abroad. Finally, te candidate should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure, meet goals and negotiate.

Essential Duties

  • Passionate and eager to take challenge and learn new knowledge of real estate industry
  • Employ sales and marketing tactics to win smart home/smart community project
  • Give presentations to the potential customers during the meeting and events
  • Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
  • Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
  • Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
  • Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
  • Gains familiarity with the real estate industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products
