Job Overview:


We are looking for a Software Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. You'll be working with vendors and contributing to coding projects while supporting day-to-day operations and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full software development life cycle, including planning, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • Support and maintain software applications and databases.
  • Work closely with business users to analyze requirements and suggest solutions, whether using existing technology or introducing new legal tech tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of development experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Power BI, ASP.NET, C#, Core/MVC, SharePoint, and BizTalk.
  • Familiarity with Practice Management Systems, Document Management Systems, mobile app development, or low-code platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
