[Solar Module] Equipment Maintenance Expert - India

Role Overview
Lead and optimize maintenance operations for renewable energy plants, ensuring minimal downtime, equipment reliability, and process efficiency. Drive preventive, condition-based, and Total Productive Maintenance initiatives while developing teams and integrating digital tools like MES and SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and stabilize maintenance processes across plants

• Implement preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies

• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost efficiency

• Lead TPM initiatives and equipment upgrades to improve throughput

• Conduct training programs for technicians and engineers

• Optimize MES reporting and integrate with SAP for operational visibility

• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks

• Promote a strong safety culture across all operations

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/OEMs

Ideal Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (Master's preferred)

• 12+ years in equipment maintenance in industrial or renewable energy settings

• Strong knowledge of MES, SAP, TPM, and condition-based maintenance

• Proven experience in team development and process optimization

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
