Sourcing Manager, Apparel

Our client is one of the world's largest apparel and fashion companies with diverse portfolio and brands. They are now keen to look for a Sourcing Manager to manage vendor partnerships and co-create product innovation strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the sourcing team to develop vendor partnerships.
• Communicate with stakeholders, product development teams to enable on time execution and delivery.
• Drive innovation of process and product, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure the alignment on sourcing strategy and brand direction.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of apparel.
• Proven experience in managing a diverse product collection.
• Experience in leading multi-cultural teams and influencing global stakeholders.
• Understanding of paper patterns and digital product creation.
