Sr. Director of Module Engineering & Operation

Role Overview

Lead and oversee overall fab operations with full responsibility for operational performance and financial results. Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, productivity, and yield while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fab operations, manpower planning, and resource allocation

• Set and monitor performance indicators to drive operational excellence

• Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and manufacturing cost control

• Oversee maintenance systems and standard process compliance

• Manage production cycle time, WIP, inventory, and delivery performance

• Plan annual capital and operating budgets to ensure financial control

• Develop succession plans and support employee training and career growth

• Foster cross-functional collaboration and best practice sharing

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and implement EHSS policies and standards

• Develop strategic partnerships and explore new business opportunities

Ideal Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field

• 12+ years of progressive technical and managerial experience in semiconductor operations

• Strong experience across multiple process modules

• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management ability

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
