*NEW* Perm Office Admin Manager
|Salary:||S$5000 - S$6000 per annum|
- Provide office administration support, office facilities maintenance and repair matters
- Reivewing on sales productions reports and negotiation on contracts and agreements
- Office seating arrangement
- Ensure sufficient pantry supplies and vendor management
- Arrange logistics of tele and video conference calls, and schedule meetings including booking of meeting rooms
- Co-ordinate business travels including arrangement of accommodation and travel itineraries
- Preparation of reports
- Liasing with building management office for all the necessary matters such as building maintenance etc
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
