I am currently working with a leading quant trading fund who are looking for a motivated individual to lead the Strategy, Operations & Growth for their new B2C fintech group.

This is a senior and strategic role working with the Singapore CEO and global leadership involved in the growth strategy for this new venture. The candidate will be responsible to grow and engage the user base across SEA as well as make a positive impact on user onboarding and engagement metrics. Further, to define growth strategy, develop cases for new growth initiatives and engage with partners to implement growth plan.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 3+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong experience in business strategy, consulting, and operations with a consistent track record of building a B2C business or online community
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of the team
  • Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
  • A bachelors' degree in any discipline
  • Creative problem-solving skills and good communication skills
