Leading the team of export planners with responsibility of the business objectives such as fill rates, forecast accuracy and write offs. Ensuring currency, robustness and sustainability of the business processes to deliver results consistently and ensuring integrity in the Master Data in the regional ERP system, managing the life-cycle of SKU's from set-up to phase-out, registration and licence data and planning parameters. A key stakeholder in all projects and responsible for developing the long term demand forecasts.


  • Lead & manage the team of Supply chain Coordinators to deliver the on all business objectives
  • Act as the first point of escalation of all service related issues for all internal & external stakeholders
  • Publish weekly and monthly MIS on Customer Service
  • Own & Manage the Master Data change / creation process to ensure relevance & currency
  • Identify, develop & execute projects to improve customer service and processing times
  • Own & manage the price setting process in coordination with the markets & the finance function to ensure that the system is always updated with the most recent prices
  • Develop the 5 years forecasts for various products in coordination with the regional & local marketing/commercial teams and in alignment with the sales budget process


EDUCATION REQUIRED (No equivalencies)

  • BS degree or equivalent degree in Business Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or other related field of study. MBA, MSc or other technical graduate degree preferred
  • PMI or equivalent certification preferred
  • APICS or equivalent certification preferred


  • 7+ years of Supply chain experience with focus on Demand/Supply planning and End-End order management
  • 3+ years of experience of handling a team
  • Experience of working in a dynamic global organization


  • Knowledge of SAP "Order to Cash" module operation
  • Knowledge of demand planning processes and tools


  • Knowledge of and dedication to (Asia-Pac) pharmaceutical and medical device usage, laws and regulations and manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated track record of leading teams within complex, global, organizations with a significant number of stakeholders; comfortable leading and facilitating groups with members from various regions and background, most notably during change efforts
  • Strong decision making skills; Sound judgment utilized; takes into account all relevant factors and information
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, both written and orally, to a wide variety of audiences
  • Skilled in influencing and partnering with others, both inside and outside Supply Chain.
  • Self-driven, resourceful and results-oriented
  • Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certification
  • Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)
  • Broad business knowledge and experience
