Supply Chain manager - Cycle Products

One of our clients is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead the local and global cross-functional project teams, to ensure time to market/implementation of all on-going life-cycle activities. Located in the plant, you will report to the Head of Supply Chain. If you have a very strong experience working in the Manufacturing/plant and look after the cycle of products in the healthcare industry, have a look on the future responsibilities:

Your mains responsibilities are:

  • Ensure information on site are reflecting the baseline planning and updates to plans are reflected in SAP
  • Define and establish the master data strategy together to ensure an early master data modeling for all Life Cycle Projects, establish the submission and implementation strategy with all stakeholders
  • Drive the evaluation, support definition the scope of projects, Support preparation of business cases including financial evaluation (ROI, NPV)
  • Drive the definition of project milestones and ensure, project implementation is done according to the agreed timelines
  • Identify potential risks and elaborate contingency plans as appropriate, communicate project progress and deviations
  • Align inventory level for launch products with brand lead, stocks for change projects, transfers, pruning and divestment projects with responsible brand lead
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility
  • Drive process improvements by participating cross-functional/cross Supply unit initiatives


  • Strong knowledge in Supply Chain for the Life Cycle of Products, Products Planning
  • University degree in science (chemistry, pharmacy or chemical engineering), and/or business administration
  • Minimum 9 years, including at least 3-4 years' experience in various pharmaceutical functions
  • Experience in project management, leading cross-functional global teams
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical or food industry supply chain processes and Lean philosophy (Lean Six Sigma)
  • Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
