My clients are a well known player within the Healthcare Industry. They are currently looking to hire a Supply Chain Operations Head to lead their end to end Supply Chain operations. This would include managing their Logistics, Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Customer Service and Continuous Improvement.

  • This pivotal role involves steering a dedicated team responsible for cross-functional procurement activities, strategic guidance, and the implementation of procurement initiatives, policies, and strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in procurement, logistics, Inventory and logistics processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
  • Key responsibilities include driving procurement initiatives, participating in category sourcing strategy reviews, collaborating with stakeholders on sourcing initiatives, and supporting the procurement specialist in executing work plans.
  • The role demands a strategic thinker who can align procurement policies with audit requirements, determine logistics requirements to meet organizational goals, and develop supply chain processes to support business growth.
  • A commitment to continuous process improvement, operational excellence, and stakeholder support is essential.
  • Strong Logistics and Supply Chain operations experience managing the day to day operations activities on the ground.
  • The successful candidate will also manage disputes, coach and guide the team, and contribute to staff development.
