Supply Planner

My client, a global leader in food safety and security, facility hygiene and product protection, is looking for a Supply Planner to join their team in Sinapore.

Key Responsibilites:

• Analyze demand / forecast vs supply - pull in / push out / cancellation shipment according to demand requirement
• Understanding sourcing matrix (Planner will proactive source for any of shortage to support business) - work with QA / Procurement for any source nearby and better pricing if any
• Own any order processing method & ensure we have at least twice weekly ordering - example - PR to PO, Planning SKUs, TCS request (emails / excel tracking / any others mode in future)
• Manage backorder & communicate with CS & sales
• Provide CM & vendor for Supply requirement for supplier planning
• Manage Inventory and reduce E&O inventory

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience working in supply Planning, logistics or supply chain management
• Knowledge of logistics, inventory management and shipping
• Pro-active and independent with great problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Communicative in both written and verbal and strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical, Forward Thinking, Self-Oriented to resolve issues
